We would like to extend an invitation for your company to be a sponsor for The Algonquin Hawks Travel Baseball Association.  We are pleased to inform you about our organization, how your generous donation of sponsorship will benefit our teams and the benefits your company will receive.

The Algonquin Hawks Travel Baseball Association is a non-profit organization composed of dedicated adult volunteers and talented baseball players.  Our goal is to develop their skills and deepen their respect for baseball in preparation for their high school years and beyond.  Along with teaching them valuable skills, we emphasize the importance of positive attitude, good sportsmanship and striving to be the best they can be.

Our organization is looking for sponsors to aid us in achieving our goals.  In our inaugural season, we fielded four teams for players ages 10 - 13.  For the 2008 season, we have expanded our organization to field six teams for players 10 - 14.  A sponsor donation from your company will be beneficial in aiding our upcoming season and enhancing our ability to open up our club for more players in the years to come.  Together we can make this an outstanding season as well as provide players with a solid foundation for the future.

We have four recognized classes of donors for your company to choose from.  Each class of donor will be distinguished by the amount of the donation and the recognition for your company.  We have enclosed a list of these possibilities.
